Because we manage our store using a hybrid setup to bring you the widest selection of merch, our items are fulfilled in two different ways. Please read below so you know exactly what to expect when your order ships.

1. Items Shipped Directly by the Band (In-House Stock)
Cancellations
If you decide you want to cancel the order, you can do this for a full refund at anytime before the item is shipped. Please get in contact with us straight away so we can try to process this. If the item has already shipped it will need to be processed as a return.
Returns & Refunds
If you decide you no longer want the items, you can return them to us in their original condition for a full refund (minus any shipping costs). You must let us know you want to return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Damage / Quality Issues
If there's any issue with quality or damage, please get in touch and we will do our best to resolve the issue with you directly. For speedy resolution, please send us images of the product and any issues.
2. Available Worldwide Items (Made to Order)
We love our international fans, so to make sure we can offer some items to as many people as possible, we use a made to order supplier for select items. These are listed in the shop under a spaceific category.

These items are made to order by our supplier, and therefore we usually cannot accept returns unless they are for specific quality issues. However, we want to help if we can, so if you do want to return these items, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order, to see if we can arrange something a case by case basis.
