Shipping Policy
Thank you for supporting the band and picking up some merch!
Because we manage our store using a hybrid setup to bring you the widest selection of merch, our items are fulfilled in two different ways. Please read below so you know exactly what to expect when your order ships.
1. Items Shipped Directly by the Band (In-House Stock)
These are items we stock, hand-pack, and send out ourselves (such as CDs, or our 'Made by Pollyanna Blue' clothing).
These items are only available to ship to the UK. If you would like these shipped internationally, please contact us directly, telling us the items you'd like, and the delivery country, and we'll see what we can do.
Shipping Time: We hand pack our items and dispatch as soon as we can! Typically these items arrive with you in 3-5 working days.
2. Available Worldwide Items (Made to Order)
We love our international fans, so to make sure we can offer some items to as many people as possible, we use a made to order supplier for select items. These are listed in the shop under a spaceific category.
These items are made specifically for you when you order. These products may be manufactured in either the UK, EU, US, Canada and Mexico. If the shipping address is in one of these countries, you should not have any customs fees. For all countries outside of these, there may be customs fees that you will need to pay - please check your local legislation.
There are a number of locations our suppliers can't ship to. This changes over time, and we will refund you fully if they're unable to ship to you. Some examples include: Crimea; Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine; Russia; Belarus; Ecuador; Cuba; Iran; North Korea; Syria; The Gaza Strip region in Palestine
Shipping Time: Times vary drastically depending on where you're located. For most countries, items will arrive in less than 7 working days, however in could take up to 28 working days for some.
Please Note: If you order a mix of both in-house stock and print-on-demand items, your order will arrive in separate packages at slightly different times. A different shipping cost is applied to each package.
